It maximizes safety by leaving your hands free to guide the walker and allowing you not to hold your handbag, shopping bag or whatever else you need to carry around. The Walker Bag Hook also works on most standard bed rails. The clamp is adjustable for tubing diameters between 1/2" and 1 1/8".
