Abby tells us how she realized that she did NOT need to lose weight before getting started as a yoga teacher. She was able to work with the wonderful body she had and still has. Yoga, she shares, is not about losing weight - it's about bringing the benefits of mindfulness and balance to your life. Yoga will bring an awareness to your body that is followed by an acceptance of and love for your body.

The video comes with both warm up and cool down sessions; these intro and outros can be 5, 7 or 10 minutes, depending on your needs.
There are then full classes and sessions for people to select and enjoy.
Alternatively, if you like to design your own session, you can select sequences that can be combined in various ways.
