The Elasto-Gel filling conforms to the shape of your hand and is covered with soft fabric to ensure the most comfortable grip.
For heat therapy, place in a microwave before use; alternatively, chill in the freezer before use. The heat or cold therapy will last 20-40 minutes per application.
There are two sizes available:
Small: 1½" x 4½"
Large: 3" x 4½"
