A Note from the Fat Chick
When I started taking and teaching fitness classes, I noticed that most classes are great for people who are already fit but are way too hard for most folks. I developed this workout so beginners, reluctant returners and those recovering from injuries or illness could successfully and safely learn to love moving their bodies.
